The Connections Coordinator leads efforts to connect attendees with volunteer opportunities, small groups, and ministry teams, while cultivating a culture of hospitality through leadership development, team management, and intentional follow-up. This role oversees the Connections Team, supports volunteer onboarding, manages Discovering Grace events, and ensures excellence in lobby and campus environments.

Central

Grace Family Church is seeking a Men’s Director/Pastor to serve as the central leader and strategist for our Men’s Ministry across all campuses. This role reports to the Pastor of Groups Ministry and plays a vital part in advancing the church’s mission by equipping, resourcing, and supporting leaders and volunteers to engage men in meaningful spiritual growth and community.

The Men’s Director/Pastor will oversee a global team of ministry staff and coaches, provide vision and strategic direction, and lead ministry-specific events. This role is highly relational and collaborative, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep commitment to biblical principles and pastoral care. The role involves some travel between locations, active participation in team meetings, and ongoing spiritual leadership responsibilities, including prayer, discipleship, and worship with staff and volunteers.

Central

Grace Family Church is seeking a Project Manager to support the Adult Ministries department in executing a wide range of creative and operational projects. This role reports to the Executive Pastor of Adult Ministries and focuses on coordinating projects across Leadership Development, Assimilation, Care, Missions, and Outreach.

The Project Manager will act as a key liaison between Adult Ministries and the Creative and Operations teams, managing timelines, resources, and communication to ensure the successful completion of ministry projects. This role requires exceptional organization, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting team collaboration.

Carrollwood

Grace Family Church is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to serve at our Carrollwood location. This position is responsible for supporting Groups ministries to successfully launch Spring and Fall Groups semesters. This role will also provide administrative support to the pastoral staff through organization and planning in order for the location to function well.

Grace Family Church is looking for a full-time Program Coordinator to serve at our Ybor location in support of the Dream Center. This position is responsible for developing curriculum, activities, and programs to create an academic growth track for the community's youth. This role will also build and maintain relationships with various community partners. The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, be outgoing and relational, and have the heart to serve and love people well.
