Responsibilities include recruiting, auditioning, training, scheduling, and mentoring worship team members, providing spiritual oversight and pastoral care, leading rehearsals, managing musical arrangements and technology, coordinating with Production/Tech, Creative, and Facilities teams, overseeing worship environments across Adults, Youth, and Children's Ministries, managing the Worship Ministry budget and equipment, and developing new worship initiatives and creative elements. Grace Family Church is seeking a part-time Connections Coordinator to provide a welcoming, high-excellence environment, manage location assimilation, and shepherd volunteers while maintaining alignment with biblical principles and the vision of Grace Family Church. In this role, you will oversee the full volunteer process: partner with ministries to recruit, train, and onboard volunteers, and manage background checks and application workflows. You will lead the Connections Team on weekends, executing pre-service huddles, casting vision, assigning positions, and developing volunteer leaders and coaches through intentional spiritual and leadership development. Additionally, this role oversees logistics, scheduling, food, and childcare coordination and assists with the location's social media, outreach initiatives, and other events.
