The Children’s Worship Coordinator helps develop and deliver worship experiences across all Grace Family Church locations for The Zone (Kids Ministry). This role equips Zone Coordinators and Worship Leads, builds engaging weekend worship sets, choreographs dance moves, and supports audio/video content creation. With a heart for leading children in worship, this role brings energy, vision, and excellence to every environment—on stage and behind the scenes. The Children’s Worship Coordinator also helps coach teams, partners on special events like the Christmas Concert and Zone Takeover, and fosters collaboration between locations to ensure a fun, worshipful experience for every child.

Dream Center in Ybor

Grace Family Church is seeking a part-time Facilities Custodian to help maintain the health and safety of our Dream Center location in Ybor. This role will assist with location safety, maintenance, events, and ensuring cleanliness needs are met. The qualified candidate will perform a wide variety of custodial duties, setups, and teardowns for location events.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends. The candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds, be a self-starter, work under minimal supervision, and have the heart to serve others well.

Grace Family Church is seeking a Women’s Minsitry Coordinator to lead, mentor, and equip small group leaders and coaches at the Suncoast location, advancing the vision of the Women’s Ministry in alignment with the church’s mission and biblical foundation. This ministry-focused role plays a key part in fostering spiritual growth, connection, and community for women through Beautiful groups, Freedom groups, and Moms ministries.

This role involves hands-on leadership of group launches and events, ongoing coaching of group leaders, integration of biblical content, and spiritual care for women in the congregation. A heart for discipleship, strong organizational skills, and the ability to connect with women of all ages are essential to this role.
